Find anything
- Global Search: type a name, account code, invoice or order number, reference, postcode or amount in the box at the top of the window and see every matching customer, supplier, invoice, quotation, order, stock item, bank transaction, journal and nominal account, grouped and ready to open.
- Every list can be filtered, sorted and searched, and opens the record with a double-click.
Help where you need it
- A plain-English hint for every field, button and menu item when you rest the pointer on it; each user can switch hints off.
- A complete help system: press F1 on any screen for the page about it, or browse and search every page from Help > Help Contents.
Accurate and safe
- Every amount held as exact pence; stock quantities exact to three decimal places; average cost to four, so stock and the ledger always agree.
- Every posting is all-or-nothing; two users can never overwrite each other's work; every editing window asks before unsaved changes are lost.
- Progress and Cancel on every data fetch, so a long list or report never locks you out.
Analysis
- Departments, branches, cost centres and jobs, each shown only if your company uses it, on every kind of document.
- Profit & Loss, balance sheet and trial balance for any one of them, or side by side with a column for each.
